(1) In relation to the election held under the first-come-first-served election system, the date on which the election officer publishes the election results in accordance with section 58 shall be considered the date of election of the respective candidate.
(2) In relation to the elections held under the proportional election system, the date on which the Commission declares that the candidates whose names are on the closed list of candidates have been elected in accordance with Section 60 shall be considered as the date on which such candidates have been elected.
